2. Notify Us on Delivery Day:
   On the day your order is delivered, send a blank email to Hey@theluxskins.com with the subject line:
   “90 Day Money-Back Guarantee”
   (This is required to activate your eligibility window.)

3. Try the Device:
   Use the Handset or Mask for a minimum of 70 days, but no more than 90 days, from your purchase date.

4. Submit Your Request:
   If you're not satisfied with the results, reply to your original email thread and share:

   • Your honest review of the product

   • A request to claim your refund

5. Return the Product:
   Once your request is approved, return the product (in original packaging) using a trackable courier service to the return address provided by our customer care team.

   • Incomplete, illegible, or late claims will not be accepted.

   • All shipping costs (initial and return) are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

6. Refund Terms:
